We collect personal information from you, including the following information: Your name and contact number
- Your salon contact information (e.g. email, phone number)
- Your salon location
We collect this personal information in order to keep an up to date register of members and advertise all registered member salons to the public. The information is stored safely in an internal database which is assessable only to authorised staff members.
We also share the stored information, on a ‘as required’ basis, with NZARH sponsor and partner companies in order for them to send and advertise to you directly related benefits and member only information.
Providing sponsor and partner companies with the information we collect from you is optional. Should you not wish for salon information to be released to sponsors and partner companies, please advise the NZARH office directly. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be amended if required. If you would like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it amended, please contact us at email@example.com, or 03 548 9818, or PO Box 51368 Tawa.
If you are a member, we may contact you to:
- Clarify details about your membership
- Advise you of changes to our services or new products or promotions
- Respond to any enquiries you make
- Provide any information necessary for the operation and security of our site
All new NZARH members are ‘opted in’ to receive email marketing communications. You may choose to remove yourself from any email newsletter by following the "unsubscribe" prompt at the bottom of each email.
