A bit about Kylie…

Kylie has won numerous national and international awards representing her country in Paris, Berlin, Spain and Winning the Platinum Award at the Wella Trend Vision in London and NZARH Editorial Stylist of the Year 2019 & 2020.

Kylie is Co- Owner of Moha Hairdressing Dunedin, working alongside her husband Nelson Morrison, life is kept full, running their business, nurturing apprentices and staff, working full time, making hair pieces for competitions to inspire industry and fulfilling her passion for art, whilst most importantly being a Mother of three very energetic girls.

Hair Competitions have allowed Kylie to travel and represent our industry around the world, competing in Paris, Berlin, London, with Wella Trend Vision. Kylie said that winning the Platinum Award at the International Trend Vision was unbelievable, and Kylie walked centre stage at the Royal Prince Albert Hall having her success recognised.

Kylie has been to Spain twice in the past two years to be awarded ‘top three finalist’ for the International Hairdresser of the Year awards for best Avant Garde collection. Being in a room of some of her favourite industry creatives was honestly surreal, having the likes of Tabatha Coffey, Angelo Seminara and Sam Via praise the work she does.

Kylie thrives on having the ability to share her passion for fashion, hair, art and design through imagery she is afforded to create, and loves inspiring people but most importantly showing her girls that life is filled with endless opportunities, you just need to manifest your hearts desires.
